changeout is used by heating and air-conditioning companies and their teams. If you're a customer of one of those companies, contact the company directly about your appointment, estimate or invoice.
Get help
Email office@3dprintsusa.co with your company name, your name, the kind of phone you use and what happened. A screenshot helps. We usually reply within one business day.
Common questions
- I can't sign in. Ask your company's office admin to check that your account is active and to resend your invite if needed.
- Something looks out of date or stuck. Close the app completely and reopen it. If the problem continues, email us.
- I have no signal. Keep working. changeout saves what you enter on your phone and sends it when you're back online. Estimates, invoices and payments need a connection.
- Why does changeout use my location? Only while you're clocked in, so the office can see the dispatch map and customers get an arrival estimate. Sharing stops when you clock out.
- I forgot to clock out. Your office can clock you out and correct your timesheet.
Delete your account or data
- Team members: ask your company's admin to remove you, or email office@3dprintsusa.co from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm and delete your account and personal information within 30 days. Your company keeps the business records it must keep, such as invoices and time records.
- Customers of a company that uses changeout: contact that company. It can update or remove your information, and we'll help.
